Experience the Event

Guests receive a bowl of soup from Basil Asian Bistro, a salad from Deli Ohio and bread from Hazel and Rye Artisan Baking Company and then listen to four proposals in the area of EDUCATION from the grant seekers. Everyone in the audience gets a vote on which project should be funded. The winner gets the money raised that evening and is invited back to the next dinner to share the success of his or her project.​

Stark SOUP is a micro-grant funding dinner where ideas are shared that highlight and grow the goodness of Stark County in EDUCATION, INCOME or HEALTH, the three United Way building blocks.
